Dr Renee Hattar is the Director of the Royal Institute for Inter-Faith Studies, Jordan. She holds a PhD in Peace Studies from the University of Granada-Spain; and specialised in Music and Peace with focus on Arab Christian Studies, Interfaith, and Peacebuilding.

Prof. Omar Al Ghul from the Faculty of Archaeology and Anthropology at Yarmouk University in Jordan offers an overview of research methods in the human sciences and presents a survey of key resources for data collection in archaeology and related disciplines.

Dr Jane Humphris holds a PhD in African Archaeometallurgy and an MA in African Archaeology from UCL, and a BA in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Manchester. She has led large-scale fieldwork at the Royal City of Meroe in Sudan where Jane and her team developed a diverse programme of public archaeology, including community meetings and media outreach.

Dr. Sahar Khasawneh presents the essential elements of writing and preparing a research proposal, and how to effectively identify research questions and objectives. She discusses the significance of well-defined research questions in guiding the entire research process and strategies to formulate clear and concise research questions that align with research interests and contribute to existing knowledge.
