Ivan Kotev, Treasurer (Co-Opted)

Ivan Kotev is currently part of the Global Advisory at J.P. Morgan Payments, where he consults with corporate treasurers across EMEA. He is a CFA charterholder with extensive international finance experience spanning corporate treasury, M&A, and strategic planning across developed and emerging markets.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ivan spent several years at Kraft Heinz in various finance roles. Ivan was part of the central treasury team, with responsibility for international cash and liquidity management, progressing to Head of Finance for the international B2B division, and most recently focusing on M&A in EMEA. Earlier in his career, he was part of the Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Sberbank in Austria, leading subsidiary divestitures during a complex regulatory environment. Ivan started his career in management consulting, advising large-cap multinationals investing in Central and Eastern Europe.

Ivan holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSt in International Relations from Cambridge University, an MSc in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics, and a BSc from Ithaca College, New York.
