About the Lecture
This session introduces participants to the principles and practices of designing, administering, and analyzing surveys. It covers key steps in developing effective questionnaires, selecting appropriate sampling methods, and ensuring data reliability and validity.
Participants will also learn how to interpret survey results to inform decision-making and communicate findings clearly. By the end of the session, attendees will understand how to use surveys as powerful tools for gathering and analyzing information.
About the Speaker
Dr. Slehat is an Assistant Professor of Tourism Management at the University of Jordan, and holds a PhD from Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany. Her academic and research expertise encompasses sustainable tourism, agritourism, tourism planning, and women’s empowerment.
Dr. Slehat’s research consistently investigates the development of tourism resources, community perceptions, and the implementation of sustainable strategies for heritage sites, contributing to both theoretical knowledge and practical solutions in the tourism sector.
